OPTION 1

Step 1: Login into your account.

Step 2: Go into Account Settings.

Step 3: Click “Reset Now”.

Step 4: A password request has been sent to your email.

Step 5: Go to your email to see the reset password request and click “Reset Password”.

Step 6: Enter and retype a new password then click “Reset”.

NOTE: Password must consist a minimum of 8 characters and contains an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a number, and special character.

Step 7: Password reset successful.

OPTION 2

Step 1: Go to https://www.justpay.to/login and click on the "forgot password" link.

Step 2: Enter your registered email address and click on Reset.

Step 3: A password request has been sent to your email.

Step 4: Go to your email to see the reset password request and click “Reset My Password”.

Step 5: Enter and retype a new password then click “Reset”.

NOTE: Password must consist a minimum of 8 characters and contains an upper case letter, a lower case letter, a number, and special character.

Step 6: Password reset successful.
